Masks will be provided to healthcare workers and visitors when requested at no cost. If anyone entering the building or visiting a patient shows signs or symptoms of COVID-19, then a COVID-19 test will need to be performed before entering the building or visiting the patient. The test will be provided to you at no cost. Finally, scheduling visits is no longer required, but we would like to ask that if you are bringing a large group of people, you call ahead so that we can accommodate everyone. If the facility has a COVID-19 outbreak, visitation will not be limited in any way. You are allowed to visit COVID-19-positive and COVID-19-negative patients at any time. PPE will be provided for patients in isolation and upon request. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

COVID-19 Vaccine Update: Country Life Assisted Living will coordinate with local pharmacies to provide the COVID-19 vaccine to any resident or staff member that would like to receive the vaccine. This will be provided to you at no cost. The vaccine is not required, nor will we ever make it mandatory.
